Group Philosophy
Our group likes research in the area of polymer chemistry and functional materials, though we are happy to explore further research avenues as we strongly believe that without evolution we may as well stop living (and we enjoy learning new things!).
Although our passion for science is central to our philosophy, we insist in believing that people are more important than science and as such we are doing our best to identify individual’s goals and help group members achieve them. There is no such thing as “success” without respecting all group members and we thus promise to respect our members regardless of their nationality, race, gender, background, sexual orientation, religion etc.
We strive to maximize and exceed our potential through mutual support and we are committed to build and maintain a non-judgemental environment where we are aiming for innovation by working together, challenging and supporting each other every day. As such only motivated people with good heart, will and intentions are welcomed in our group.
